​​​​​​Welcome to the Bistro classroom at the Iowa Culinary Institute!

We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our Bistro students and staff. We are located in Building 7 on the Ankeny DMACC Campus – 2006 S. Ankeny Blvd., Bldg. 7, Ankeny, IA, 50023.

The Bistro is now closed for the Spring 2024 season. Thank you for your support of the ICI and our students!

We would be pleased for you to join us in the Bistro this fall. Fall dates and reservation information will be shared with the ICI mailing list in September. Please click here to join the ICI mailing list. Fall Bistro will once again feature a weekly themed buffet, as well as an à la carte menu. Days of operation will be Wednesday - Friday. Cost is $15 per person. We look forward to seeing you soon!
