Welcome to the ici® Bistro classroom
- Fall 2026 Bistro is open most Wednesdays through Fridays from September 16 to December 11. Daily hours are 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Availability is subject to change. We are not open on Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, or Sunday.
- Reservations are required. Preference will be given to requests submitted via the online form.
- Please note the current reservation request window communicated on the online form.
- We accept parties of up to 8 guests maximum.
- Cost – $18 per person with your choice of the buffet or the à la carte menu. Please
watch this website for weekly menus and buffet themes.
- Weekly Buffet: Soups, Salads, Entrées, Sides, Dessert, and Beverage
- Bistro À la Carte Menu: Starter, Entrée, Dessert, and Beverage
- We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our students and staff.

The ici® Experience Magazine is a publication of the DMACC Iowa Culinary Institute® (ici®). It is published twice a year: Spring and Fall.
