Welcome to the Bistro classroom at the Iowa Culinary Institute!

Spring 2026 reservations will be announced in February. To receive upcoming Bistro announcements, please join the ICI mailing list.

• Reservations are required.
• The online Bistro reservation request form will be made available in the February announcement, and on this website. Preference will be given to requests submitted via the online form. 
• We accept parties of up to 8 guests maximum.
• During the spring semester, the Bistro will be open for lunch most Tuesdays through Fridays, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
• Cost – $17 per person. Cost includes a starter, entrée, dessert, and beverage.
• Weekly menus will be available on this website. We offer classic bistro fare from around the globe, curated and executed by our students and staff.
• There is no buffet offered during the spring semester.
