Welcome to the ici® Wine Dinner Series with Chef Katie Van Dyke!
Chef Katie Van Dyke's unique and creative menus are designed to feature the most fresh and seasonal ingredients. Each event will feature an innovative five-course tasting menu expertly paired with five hand-selected wines.
Chef Katie is a 2012 graduate of the Iowa Culinary Institute® at DMACC and worked as a chef in the Des Moines area before moving to California in 2016 to expand her knowledge and learn as much as possible by working for a two-star Michelin Chef in the Napa Valley. In 2019, Chef Katie moved back to Iowa to start her own business, and she is excited to share her passion with current ici® students and community members. About the ici® Wine Dinner Series with Chef Katie Van Dyke
- Time: Each event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will conclude at approximately 10 p.m. Guests may begin arriving as early as 6:15 p.m.
- Location: The Lakeview Dining Room at the Iowa Culinary Institute.
- Cost: $140 per person (cost includes wine)
- Menus will not be available in advance of each event.
How to attend
Announcements for new dinner dates and reservation information are emailed to the ici® mailing list. Reservations are required and limited for each event, and are processed on a first come, first served basis. You will receive confirmation and payment information via email. Dinner reservations will not be held without payment.
Guests who are unable to attend a dinner may provide substitute guests to use the pre-paid dinner tickets. Please provide the ici® with substitute guest information by emailing Kristi Miller or calling 515-964-6477. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received fewer than 72 hours advance notice from the dinner date.
