Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a skills-based training that teaches adults how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenges.
In this two half-day class, participants will become a certified Mental Health First Aider through the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
