DMACC Carroll offers support and services throughout a student's time at DMACC.

Need help with your homework? The AAC offers free support from faculty in a variety of subjects, including math, writing, reading, science, and study skills. Whether you need one-on-one help or just a quiet space to work, we’re here to help you succeed.

If you’ve arranged a make-up test with your instructor, you will take it here at the AAC.

The AAC also coordinates peer tutoring to give you even more ways to get the support you need.

DMACC offers the first-of-its-kind Honors Program to high-achieving students who want an even more enriching college experience. Honors students study a more challenging curriculum, but are rewarded with some exclusive benefits and amenities including scholarships, field trips, speakers, lower student-to-professor ratio classes, priority registration and higher placement in four-year universities, just to name a few. The Carroll Campus Library is a warm and inviting space with large windows featuring natural light, and plenty of open space. Our library also has several tables and chairs, two private study rooms, desktop computers, along with color and black and white printers.

Our library has a collection of more than 3,000 circulating and reference books, along with dozens of periodical subscriptions. In addition, the DMACC Libraries Website provides access to all the DMACC campuses library catalogs, research databases containing full-text reference sources for academic and popular periodical articles and other online information resources, electronic books, and audio books. Mobile hotspots and laptops are also available for checkout to currently enrolled students.

Our campus librarian can help with research, reference, and citation questions. They also assist students using the DMACC libraries’ online databases and evaluating credible websites and resources.

Interlibrary Loan

Beyond our DMACC libraries, we provide access to Interlibrary Loan (ILL) to borrow materials from other colleges, universities, and public libraries at no charge.

Computer Lab

Our library provides access to a student computer lab where students can work on assignments, search the Web, or research using library resources.
