High School Completion
We offer you non-traditional settings for high school completion that allows you to take advantage of a strong curriculum and our dedicated faculty.
All of these programs are accredited through the Iowa Education Association.
HiSET
The High School Equivalency Test (HiSET) is an assessment of skills and knowledge comparable to those of a high school graduate. It is an alternative for those who, for a variety of reasons, are unable to finish high school.
High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) Option #2
This 36 credit High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED) program is for individuals who have not yet earned their high school diploma.
Youth Consortium
If your school district is a member of the Youth Consortium, this program provides alternative educational opportunities for students who desire to complete their education.
YouthBuild
Build skills and a earn a high school equivalency diploma.
Additional Offerings for High School Completion
- High School Completion Correspondence Courses - These classes are taken either as a transfer credit to the student's home high school or credit toward the DMACC Adult High School Diploma.
- English Language Learners (ELL) - Multi-level English instruction for anyone 18 years or older.
