There will be a free will donation Pancake Breakfast AFTER the race!

This race will benefit BAVC with their work to build a veteran commuity center in Boone, Iowa.

There will be a "Shadow Run" with Iowa Troops currently serving in the Middle East.

DMACC's In My Boots 5K was created by Sean Taylor in 2014. It is now organized by the In My Boots Student Group. It's raising community awareness of the struggles that many American service men and women encounter after returning from combat. We invite you to join the 5K in support of Iowa's currently deployed men and women.
