Check Your Balance

  1. Log in to the myDMACC portal and click on the Web Info System icon.
  2. If you don't know your login information, please visit the tech support help page and choose the appropriate option from the list on the left side of the page.MyDMACC home marked small.png

  3. Click 'Student Accounts / Pay or view your bill' at the bottom of the screen.

  4. Click 'Account Detail for Term' and select the desired term (ex. SPRING 2020) to view your balance.

  5. The Account Detail for Term page will now display a breakdown of charges, payments, and total balance for your account.
    • Charges indicates the total balance generated for all tuition and fees for the selected term.
    • Payments will show authorized financial aid (if any) as well as any direct payments made as of the current date.
    • The total balance due will be displayed at the bottom of the table.

  6. If you have an authorized Financial Aid award, your detail screen will show your aid in another box below the account balance. Your total balance due will automatically reflect any authorized aid and show your new balance. If the number shown on the 'Account Balance net of Authorized Financial Aid' is a negative number, that is the excess amount (overpayment) and will be released to you after attendance has been verified for the term.
