Strong growth in all areas of long-term health care have driven demand for Certified Dietary Managers (CDM). The current trend is toward requiring all long-term care organizations have a CDM overseeing their foodservice operations.

DMACC’s curriculum is designed to prepare students to pass the CDM national certification exam. Our program uses the curriculum developed by ANFP and includes review sessions in preparation for the test.
