DMACC Refund Options

How are DMACC refunds delivered to students?

Each registered DMACC credit student will receive a Unique Personal Code in the mail with their DMACC OneCard. These will arrive in the mail at your primary address on file with DMACC. To receive your refund, you must go to www.DMACCOneCard.com and choose your Refund Preference using your personal code.

What are my options for receiving all student refunds, including financial aid refunds?

Your options include having your refund:

  1. Deposited (ACH) to another bank account of your choice ( 1-3 business days).
  2. Directly deposited to your optional Vibe Account (same day).

What is the Vibe Account?

The Vibe Account from BankMobile is an optional fully functioning FDIC insured checking account that allows you to access your student refunds. The Vibe Account has no minimum balance, no monthly fees, and free internet banking features. With it, you can use your DMACC OneCard to make purchases anywhere Debit MasterCard® is accepted.

Can I have my refund deposited to another bank account?

Yes, during refund selection at www.DMACCOneCard.com you can choose to have any refunds go directly to your own checking or savings account. To select this option choose "Electronic deposit to an existing account" at the Refund Preference screen.

How will I know when my refund has been deposited to my Vibe Account?

You will receive an e-mail when your refund has been directly deposited to your Vibe Account. Additionally, you will be able to see details of your Vibe Account by accessing your Vibe Account Statement on the website.

Why is the Debit MasterCard® logo on the new DMACC OneCard?

The DMACC OneCard is the card you use to access your funds if you choose to open the Vibe Account. With the Debit MasterCard logo on it, you can use the card as a debit card wherever Debit MasterCard® is accepted. The card is NOT a credit card. It is a DEBIT card.

What will happen to my refund if I don't choose a refund preference?

BankMobile will hold your funds for 20 days and then they will issue a check to you. Regardless of whether you anticipate that you will receive a refund, it is important to choose a refund preference at www.DMACCOneCard.com.

What do I do if I did not receive my DMACC OneCard in the mail?

You may log on to www.DMACCOneCard.com and use the "Where's my Card" self help feature that will provide you with the real time status of your card. Or, you may visit or call the Ankeny campus business office in Building 1 at 515.964.6446.
