We are very excited to announce the Annual Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar Kick-Off Dinner at the Iowa Culinary Institute, located in Building 7 on the DMACC Ankeny campus, on Thursday evening, September 4th, at 6:30 p.m.

As always, the dinner will begin with passed hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine. Please read below for a description of this very special evening:
Food critics call it “Napa Fresh”; we like to call it Fleming's: delectable food and exceptional wine among friends - the essence of healthy enjoyment of life and high spirits! Please join us on September 4th as we kick-off our ICI Gourmet Dinner Series courtesy of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. This evening will not disappoint, as our very own graduate, Chef Partner Matt Drennan, takes us on an extraordinary journey of Napa cuisine with a twist! All wines are being specially paired by Fleming's Operating Partner, Jessica Carvalho. 100% of the proceeds from this event benefit the Iowa Culinary Institute. Your entire $100 per person cost will also be used for ICI Toque Society credit; however we will not be able to give you any tax credit for the meal.
