Review and improve communication and processes for the integrated services delivered by the Evelyn K. Davis Center of income and work supports, financial
education and asset building, and education and workforce training. We will also review and improve communications and processes between Evelyn K. Davis
Center partnering agencies to better serve clients and leverage resources to improve the integrated service delivery.
We know that if our clients receive all three of our core services, there will be a change in their life circumstances. We know that is what happens in a perfect world, so
we want to make sure that all our clients receive at least two of our three core services. We have been able to work from a basic framework from when we started five
years ago and have a some recent turnover with staff. We want to be able to ensure that we improve our current practices and improve our efficiencies for our clients
benefits. We have had great success up to this point but with anticipated increases in our numbers as IWD closes from downtown, we want to make sure we have all
of our internal process as smooth as possible to be able to handle the increase in client flow.
