Summer Financial Aid Information - Current Students

Check the Web Info System to determine the financial aid amounts you have already received for Fall 2016 and Spring 2017 terms. Then use the information below to determine if you have financial aid eligibility remaining for the Summer 2017 term.

Calculating Your Estimated Summer Aid Eligibility

Pell Grant Eligibility:  If you had a Pell Grant for this academic year, but were not enrolled full time each term, you could be eligible to receive a Pell Grant during the summer.
Example:   A student, who attended full time fall and half time spring, would have a ½ time Pell award remaining for the Summer 2017 session.

If you have Pell grant eligibility remaining, the grant amount available for the summer term will show on your award information on the Web Info System within seven to ten days after you register for the summer term.

Student Loan Eligibility:  You may have student loan eligibility for the summer term, depending on the amount you borrowed during the fall and spring terms.

Example: As a freshman the annual maximum for a dependent student is $5,500.  If you only borrowed $4,000 during the fall and spring terms, you could borrow up to $1,500 for summer.

The annual (fall/spring/summer) loan limits are:
