This annual walk is a great opportunity to join thousands of other Iowans, statewide, for a 30-minute walk.

Oct. 4th: Transfer Fair at Boone Campus

Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) will sponsor a Transfer Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wed., Oct. 4th, in the Courter Center at the Boone Campus, and all students are welcome and encouraged to attend!

During the Transfer Fair, students will have the opportunity to talk with representatives from more than two dozen participating colleges and universities, including:

Oct. 12th: Breast Cancer Awareness Event at Boone Campus

DMACC Boone Campus Student Health & Wellness and the Student Activities Council (SAC) will host a Breast Cancer Awareness event from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thur., Oct. 12th, in the Courter Center at the Boone Campus. Students who stop by will have the opportunity to learn more about breast cancer prevention and detection, and talk with breast cancer survivors. Plus, FREE #PinkOut t-shirts will be available, along with pink punch, cookies and gifts!

Oct. 12th: DMACC Volleyball Pink-Out Game at Boone Campus

DMACC Bears, be sure to #WearPink and #GetYourPinkOn for the DMACC Volleyball Pink-Out for Breast Cancer Awareness Game at 7 p.m. on Thur., Oct. 12th, in the Den as the DMACC Volleyball team​ hosts Southwestern Community College!

Plus, you can prep for the game by stopping by our Breast Cancer Awareness even​t any time between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. that same day in the Courter Center, where students will be able to pick up a FREE #PinkOut t-shirt just by following or showing us that they already follow the DMACC Boone Campus on social media!
