Executive Director - Jacki Boldt

Jacki is the Executive Director for the 10,000 Small Businesses Program and joined Des Moines Area Community College in 2008. She joined DMACC Business Resources as a Business Consultant in 2012 where she currently works with clients in Polk county on workforce development and employee training initiatives. Jacki earned her BA in Business and Finance from Waldorf College and her BA in Secondary Education from Buena Vista University. Prior to joining DBR, Jacki worked in the DMACC Career Center where she facilitated the connection between area employers and current students and alumni.

Program Manager - Kerri Yost​

Kerri serves as the Program Manager for the 10,000 Small Businesses Program. She joined the 10,000 Small Businesses program in November of 2021. Her work includes supporting the day to day operations of the program, as well as being the point of contact for scholars throughout their cohort. Kerri earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Monmouth College, and Master of Public Administration from Drake University. Prior to joining the 10KSB team, Kerri worked at the Iowa Economic Development Authority where she helped support multiple small business resource programs.  ​
